A: In the upper right hang corner of the page, please click "Login". It will prompt you to type your account information.

How do I view live quantities?

A: On any product display page, see Current Stock below item name and price.

How do I place an order?

A: Simply login to your account, add items of choice to cart and proceed with checkout information. Upon checkout, our sales team will reach out within 7 days to confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange the shipment of your order.

How do I check on the status of my PO?

A: In Account Overview, you can view your recent orders. If you need additional help, please contact your sales representative.

Can I get an updated pricing list?

A: All products now have live pricing reflected on each product page.

Do you have Special Buy opportunities this year?

A: We will offer Special Buy opportunities throughout the year. Keep an eye on your email for updated information or reach out to your sales representative for current offering.

Do you have any new products coming out?

A: We are constantly developing and updating products. Keep an eye on your email for new and exciting product lines coming 2024.

When do products come back in stock?

A: Products come back in stock on a consistent basis. The B2B site has live quantities so you are able to see what is in stock at the current moment. If you have questions about ETAs for OOS items please sign up for the Back in Stock notifications on the product page or reach out to your sales representative.

Do you drop ship?

A: Yes we do. For any drop shipping inquiries, please reach out to a sales representative.
